Harvested & pressed on the same day in Tunis.

Trees that have witnessed centuries of Mediterranean sun.
In Tunisia, the olive tree is not merely agricultural; it is a sacred symbol of life, resilience, and family. Since the ancient Phoenicians and Carthaginians introduced systematic olive culture to our sun-soaked plains in the 8th century BC, Tunisia has nurtured these magnificent groves.
OleoCastel originates from selected generational estates in the fertile northern highlands. Here, the unique Mediterranean macroclimate combines sea breezes with limestone-rich soil to trigger high defenses in the trees—resulting in olive oil with some of the highest concentration of organic polyphenols (antioxidants) in the world.
"Our harvest is still done entirely by hand, protecting the delicate olives and the ancient branches that bear them. We press within 4 hours at a strict cold limit of 22°C."

Standard extra virgin olive oils often contain around 150-250 mg/kg of polyphenols. Due to the intense stress of the Tunisian heat and our unique hand-picking methodology, OleoCastel Chetoui reaches natural scores of 800+ mg/kg.
High levels of monounsaturated fats and oleate help reduce LDL (bad cholesterol) while maintaining HDL.
Polyphenols act as aggressive free radical scavengers, shielding body cells from oxidative strain.
Contains Oleocanthal, a natural organic compound whose action mimics soft anti-inflammatory enzymes in the system.
Extracted without heated machinery, preserving vitamins E and K alongside active phytonutrients.
